Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please review the following Return Policy, which explains the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received;
  • In its original packaging;
  • With all original labels and accessories included;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorized before being shipped. Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, you will receive confirmation by email with instructions for returning your item.

All returned items are subject to inspection. A return will be considered eligible for a refund only after the item has been received and verified to meet the return conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This fee covers handling, inspection, and processing costs associated with returned products.

The restocking fee, when applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will include the value of the returned items, minus:

  • Any applicable restocking fee;
  • Original shipping costs;
  • Any other non-refundable charges communicated at the time of purchase.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if the items have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return Policy described above.
